Eating Habits are encouraged among our students, staff and parents.
In working toward having a sugar-free environment, one of the
first steps that we have taken is to use alternative rewards
for our students rather than the traditional sweets. We have
substituted less sugar-filled items in our school breakfast and
lunch menus, but still maintain a balanced, nutritionally sound
diet for our staff and students. It is believed that healthier
eating habits and consistent exercise will have a positive impact
upon our children's learning and ultimately their test scores. |
